Each line of the file (each JSON) is a base-m-cad-lnk-03-001 (PositionAccountLinkSnapshot) message.
Used to share updated information of the links associated with a Participant's accounts.
The file will include: Links whose ORIGIN is an account of the Participant and also links whose TARGET is an account of the Participant.
This file is sent daily for the purpose of registration reconciliation.
