This request is sent by the Participant to request the withdrawal of Stock Collateral.
In this operation, the Origin custodian agent code, Origin account code and Origin subaccount have the values referring to the codes contained in the deposited Collateral.
Therefore, there is no need for these fields to exist in this contract.
The following flow shows the messages involved in the withdrawal request process:
RA1: This field must be filled in when CollateralAddressCategory is 96 (PNP/PL) or 95 (Account).
RA2: This field must be filled in when CollateralAddressCategory is 95 (Account).
