This request is sent by the Participant to request the deposit of Stock Collateral.
In this operation, the target subaccount will be Base's collateral subaccount.
Therefore, there is no need for this field to exist in this contract.

RA2: This field must be filled in when CollateralAddressCategory is 95 (Account).
