This request is sent by Base to update the status of the Cash Collateral deposit request.
The following flow shows the messages involved in the deposit request process:
R1: This field will be filled in when CollateralOperationStatus is 21 (Approved).
R2: This field will be filled in when CollateralOperationStatus is 31 (Rejected).
RA1: This field will be filled in when CollateralAddressCategory is 96 (PNP/PL) or 95 (Account).
RA2: This field will be filled in when CollateralAddressCategory is 95 (Account).
